We are seeking a freelance Production Manager to start ASAP. Based in London.
Key Responsibilities
- The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of production operations, budgets, crew hires, logistics, and shoot delivery across the project.
- They will work closely with the Production Executive to ensure all production elements are delivered efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
- Key responsibilities include managing UK and international shoot logistics, coordinating travel and staffing, overseeing fast‑turnaround post‑production workflows for digital platforms, and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the production period.
- They will also liaise closely with the Health & Safety team to review supplier RAMS and develop production risk assessments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong production management experience across digital, branded, or broadcast content with the ability to oversee complex shoots from prep through delivery.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills when managing crews, suppliers, stakeholders, and international logistics.
- Experience managing production budgets, schedules, call sheets, travel coordination, and fast‑turnaround post‑production workflows.
- Strong understanding of production health & safety processes, including supplier RAMS and risk assessments.
- Calm, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced production environments.
- Confident using production management software, budgeting tools, and Google Workspace.
