We are seeking a freelance Production Coordinator (Sports Digital Documentary/Ents) to start ASAP. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Production Coordinator (Sports Digital Documentary/Ents) will support the Production Manager with the day to day coordination of crew bookings, logistics, and production operations across the project.
  • They will help ensure all production activity runs efficiently and on schedule across prep, shoot, and post production phases.
  • Key responsibilities include organising and booking suppliers, coordinating local crew and runner hires, managing production logistics, supporting sustainability initiatives, and maintaining clear communication across all production departments throughout the project.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating schedules, logistics, travel, and production documentation across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills when liaising with crew, suppliers, contributors, and internal production teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail in fast-paced production environments.
  • Experience coordinating crew bookings, call sheets, travel logistics, and supplier management for digital, documentary, or entertainment productions.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate production needs and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Confident using production management systems, budgeting tools, and Google Workspace.
