We are seeking a freelance Production Coordinator to start ASAP until end of June. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager with the day-to-day coordination of crew bookings, logistics, and production operations.
  • Key responsibilities include organising and booking suppliers, coordinating local crew and runner hires, and ensuring smooth communication across all production departments throughout the project.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating live events, schedules, logistics, and production documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills when liaising with clients, suppliers, venues, crew, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach in fast-paced live entertainment environments.
  • Confident using production management systems, budgeting tools, and Google Workspace.
