We are seeking a freelance Production Secretary (Music Documentary) to start ASAP. Full time until late October. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Production Secretary (Music Documentary) will provide administrative and operational support to the wider production team throughout the project.
  • They will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the production office and supporting the wider team across all stages of production.
  • Key responsibilities include diary management, coordinating and booking crew travel and accommodation, managing travel logistics, reconciling expenses, overseeing accreditation processes, and supporting production administration across the project.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with experience supporting busy production teams in fast-paced production environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail when managing schedules, travel bookings, expenses, accreditation, and production paperwork.
