We are seeking a freelance Production Secretary to start ASAP until end of June. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Production Secretary will provide administrative and operational support to the wider production team throughout the project.
  • Key responsibilities include diary management, coordinating and booking crew travel and accommodation, overseeing accreditation processes, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the production office.

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident managing diaries, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and production paperwork.
