We are seeking a freelance Production Coordinator (Sports Digital Documentary/Ents) to start ASAP. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Coordinator (Sports Digital Documentary/Ents) will support the Production Manager with the day to day coordination of crew bookings, logistics, and production operations across the project. They will help ensure all production activity runs efficiently and on schedule across prep, shoot, and post production phases. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising and booking suppliers
  • Coordinating local crew and runner hires
  • Managing production logistics
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives
  • Maintaining clear communication across all production departments throughout the project
