FULTOO is looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Lead / Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.
Strong, proven experience in Microsoft Fabric is a MUST.
We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in architecture but is also hands-on and able to create, run and demonstrate prototype solutions and pipelines.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Fabric data solutions
- Design and implement Lakehouse, Data Warehouse and OneLake architectures
- Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines
- Define data architecture, modelling and integration strategies
- Lead the integration of Power BI with Microsoft Fabric
- Establish security, governance and performance best practices
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Review existing data platforms and recommend Fabric migration/modernisation strategies
- Create and run prototype pipelines and be hands-on with implementation and development
Required Skills
Strong, proven and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric – MUST
Proven experience in Data Architecture / Solution Architecture
Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse & Data Warehouse
OneLake, Data Factory & Data Pipelines
Strong SQL skills
Power BI & Semantic Modelling
Data modelling and performance optimisation
Experience with Azure Data Services
Strong understanding of data security, governance and architecture
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading technical teams or Fabric implementations
Ability to create, run and demonstrate prototype pipelines
Additional Requirements
- Must be comfortable working hands-on, not purely in an architectural/design capacity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment
