What’s on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Project Manager for our Fulton Hogan Trenchless Technologies (Horizontal Directional Drilling) business. We’re looking for someone who works collaboratively with field staff (and clients) and supports them to get the job done safely. Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle Project Management of utilities and civil infrastructure work
- Resourcing and program management to ensure critical program milestones are achieved
- Provide leadership and management that engages, motivates and inspires the delivery team to deliver high performance in an achievement driven culture
- Effective and professional management of relationships with multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project life cycle
- Consistently producing and driving high-quality outcomes, meeting both Fulton Hogan and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience on construction projects in Horizontal Directional Drilling or heavy civil industries advantageous
- A successful track record of delivering safe construction projects on time and on budget
- Strong leadership skills and hands on attitude and experience in managing self‑perform field crews
- Experience with running multi‑disciplinary work fronts and capable of planning and executing a ramp up strategy
- Ability to travel metro and regionally from time to time as required
