What’s on offer? A newly created role has become available for an experienced Document Controller to support our Perth Airport Upgrade Project based at Perth Airport within our Western Region Infrastructure Services business. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience as a Document Controller in a large capital infrastructure project environment.
- Extensive experience using and administrating Document Management systems.
- Experience controlling project, engineering design, and contractor documents, drawings, including the management of complex document distribution matrices.
- Manage transmittal of information between project staff, client and other organisations ensuring appropriate database/log entries for tracking purposes.
- Ensure all documents meet required identification standards and comply with established document identification requirements.
We are seeking:
- Experience in a similar document control role on an engineering or construction project.
- Strong knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols, and electronic document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office along with excellent computer skills and document formatting.
