What’s on offer? We wish to complement our existing team with experienced Project Administrator for our Fulton Hogan Trenchless Technologies (Horizontal Directional Drilling) business in the South Australia Utilities sector. We're looking for someone who works collaboratively with field staff (and clients) and supports them to get the job done safely. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Oversee daily office/ site operations
- Raising purchase orders for materials and sundry items job costing and sending to supplier
- Recording and maintaining subcontractor and supplier information including insurance policies within Fulton Hogan systems
- Allocation and reconciliation of personnel and plant utilisation and costs to projects
- Assist in preparation of subcontract agreements and administration of monthly progress claims
- Preparation of monthly contract progress claims & quality assurance documentation
- Processing basic and routine functions related to accounts payable and other general business administration.
How you'll connect to the role:
- Qualification in Administration or equivalent (desirable)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability and collaboration
- Natural tech-savviness and excellent IT skills, with proficiency across Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- High personal motivation and the drive to maintain strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle challenges proactively
