The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

In this 12‐month fixed term role, you’ll play a key role in lifting security awareness across Fulton Hogan and helping our people build strong cyber habits.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Own and manage our security awareness training platform
  • Plan and run regular phishing simulations and follow up with targeted training
  • Turn security data and trends into clear, engaging insights for the business
  • Design and deliver campaigns, micro‐learning and guides tailored to different audiences
  • Lead planning and delivery for our annual Cyber Week – including speakers, webinars, posters and engagement activities
  • Support change management for security-related initiatives across the organisation
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors and promote a positive security culture

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional people skills, influencing and motivating others.
  • Experience in IT, information security, risk, learning design, or a related field.
  • Experience with security awareness platforms and/or phishing simulations (or strong interest in learning).
  • Confidence working with data and metrics and turning results into clear insights or reports for stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
  • Solid planning and organisational skills, and comfort working across multiple campaigns.
  • Some exposure to change management or rolling out new processes, systems or training across an organisation.
  • An interest in behaviour change and helping others build good security habits.

You are curious, people‐focused and comfortable talking about technical topics in plain language. You know when you need to stand your ground when actions are required even in situations that are not always popular.
