Weâre looking for a Traffic Management Operative (TMO) to join our Banks Peninsula Maintenance team! Youâll support day-to-day traffic management and general labouring activities on site, helping us keep our people and road users safe while we deliver quality work for our customers.
About the role
As a TMO, youâll be part of our frontline crew supporting the safe and efficient delivery of the Banks Peninsula Road Maintenance Contract. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where youâll work across different sites, following plans and instructions from your Foreman or Supervisor. Youâll play a key role in keeping work areas safe, tidy and well organised, and youâll be an important part of the team that helps us deliver jobs safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out traffic management related labouring tasks as directed by your Foreman or Supervisor.
- Lift, move and set out traffic management equipment safely.
- Actively take part in daily pre-start meetings.
- Support the team with any other general tasks needed to get the job done safely and efficiently.

- Full Clean Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 is advantageous).
