This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administration Support at the Hornby office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to completing a variety of generalised tasks, you will meet and greet all visitors upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner, providing support where necessary.
In addition to the above you will:
- Answer all incoming calls, redirecting to the appropriate staff member or taking messages where required.
- Manage visitors to the office.
- Handle all customer and staff enquiries.
- Provide business support, including travel bookings, postage of outgoing mail, production of business documents, and assisting managers where required.
- Help manage IT within the Canterbury region, including all movements of hardware and software.
- Complete administration tasks including Accounts Payable Entry, Purchase order management and Accounts Receivable processing as well as providing general administrative support to our operational teams.
- Ensure office supplies are ordered/stocked to enable efficient workflow.
This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 40 hours per week, however opportunities for flexible working hours can be made available for the right candidate.
