Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated senior leader to join our Canterbury Quarries team as a Divisional Manager. Alongside a team of experienced individuals, youâll play a significant role in contributing to the region's overall integrated supply chain which is fundamental to Fulton Hoganâs business success.

As the Quarries Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for successfully leading all quarry and mobile crushing operations across the Canterbury region. You will have a focus on achieving operational excellence through efficiencies and innovation, while also providing technical expertise to ensure the long-term success of the division. Reporting to the Supply Chain Executive Divisional Manager, you will be an integral part of the senior leadership team.

- Develop strategic annual business plans that align with Fulton Hogan's group and regional strategy.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all operations are delivered to our customers, safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard.
- Collaborate with key personnel to ensure development opportunities and succession planning across the division.
