Service Engineer

Fullstop Fire & Security Ltd are looking to recruit a Fire and Security Service Engineer to join their expanding team. The position we have available will be covering the Devon/Cornwall region (Plymouth).

We are looking for someone who can start off running and show the commitment and ability to progress within the Company.

Service Engineer Job Specification

  • Completing routine service checks for clients.
  • To take ownership of your service area
  • Responding to call out as and when required.
  • Work efficiently as a standalone Engineer.
  • To be highly enthusiastic, professional, provide advice and have a good manner with clients.
  • Good time management.
  • Be part of an out of hours on-call rota.

Essential requirements as a Service Engineer

  • 2 years minimum experience servicing Intruder, Fire, Access Control and CCTV systems.
  • Must be able to work to NSI and BAFE requirements and procedures.
  • A proven background through an apprenticeship, experience or trade qualifications.
  • Great professional Customer facing manner.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Good communication skills.
  • You will need to pass an enhanced vetting process.

Benefits we offer you as a Service Engineer

We offer a competitive salary based on Grade Bands with the potential to earn a basic salary of up to £39,500.00 depending on reliability, all round ability and attitude. In addition, we offer a retention payment of £375 per week for being on-call and double time if you are called out.

A Company Pension Scheme provided by Royal London.
