The Sheep & Penguin is a vibrant Public House with fabulous boutique rooms located in the centre of Wells. A talented, creative and dedicated chef is required to join the team.
Offering a small & large plate menu and serving a popular Sunday Roast, the new chef will be able to develop their skills, make contributions to the menu, run their own services and help develop the breakfast offering at The Sheep & Penguin.
The S&P serves an array of drinks including cocktails, wines and craft beers from independents and micro-brewers to nicely complement the menu and add to the experience as a diner.
Responsibilities include:
- Prep, cook and deliver high quality food during all dinner services
- Contribute to menu planning and design their own dishes
- Run their own section in the kitchen
- Food prep and cleaning
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop their own skills and the menu
