Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and inspiring the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Overseeing food preparation and cooking across all sections of the kitchen.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Assisting with menu creation, planning, and seasonal updates.
• Managing kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and team morale.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
• Helping to manage stock, ordering, and inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-driven, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• A deep understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for creating exceptional dishes with fresh, local ingredients.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:Negotiable, based on experience.
