We are looking for aSous Chef(or aspiring Junior Sous!) to join our kitchen team here atThe Sherborne Arms, in Northleach. 20 minutes from Cirencester, 20 minutes from Cheltenham, 30 from Gloucester & 35 from Swindon.
The Sherb does not serve breakfast, so no breakfast shifts, 2 full days & 2 half days off per week.
We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer & spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game & offal and very little ‘mucking around’.. Not a micro herb in sight anddefinitely no tweezers.
We have built an excellent reputation here in The Cotswolds, with a passion forfreshly prepared, often locally sourced food. We change dishes on the menu each month with weekly specials every weekend.
