About the Role
We are looking to hire a self motivated Chef de Partie who can integrate seamlessly with our existing dynamic and hardworking team, your duties will include:
- Assisting Head Chef and Sous Chef with preparation and presentation of all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in line with our 5 star hygiene rating
- Storage control and stock rotation
- Have the appropriate skills to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Ensure workstations remain clean, tidy, organised and adhere to strict food hygiene practices
- Overall cleaning and sanitisation of the kitchen area, including surfaces and equipment
- Working well within a dynamic and busy team
