An exciting opportunity has become available at the award winning Heron Inn Malpas. The ideal candidate must have experience in gastropub style food with the ability to adapt during the summer season. Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role required.

The role will include running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, food ordering, maintaining high food safety and creating daily specials using local seasonal produce. You will be mentored and developed by our experienced head chef to help further your skillset.

This is a fast paced pub/restaurant, so working calm under pressure is key. Flexible hours to suit. Fantastic tips and other perks available.
