We are looking for a passionate full-timeHead Chef willing to relocate and create a home in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland whilst working in conjunction with the legendary chef Michel Roux Jr and his team in creating the best possible food offering for our guests.

Job Description:

The role is similar to that of any head chef with a focus required on health/safety, training, menu creation and development of dishes, working and mentoring your team, recruitment, cost control and achieving set GP targets and guest satisfaction. A full detailed description can be given on request.

However, what is more important to us is that you have the right work ethic, the right personality that will add a level of positivity to your team and can-do attitude. It is vitally important that the same attention to detail and care is given to all services including breakfast, light lunches, afternoon tea and the pub. The scone should be the best scone in the country and the salad should be dressed to perfection. We are a full hotel operation and not only a restaurant.

Candidates require previous experience in a similar role within a 3 AA Rosette or 5-star country house establishment and must be comfortable with being out front and talking with guests.

  • 28 days annual holiday entitlement (pro-rata).
