The Queen’s Arms has just won Gold with Taste of The West. The judges said of their meal: “the ingredients used were of the highest quality and the dishes were beautifully presented which all in all, reflected the attention to detail by the Chefs, an excellent and memorable meal.” We are looking to build our kitchen team and are seeking an exceptional Chef De Partie who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Working hours: 45 hours a week on a variety of shift patterns, rota’d weekly.
The role will require:
- Some experience in working in this role or similar in a professional kitchen.
- Willingness to learn and try new things, prepared to complete both everyday tasks and experiment with new techniques.
- Good timekeeping & punctuality.
- Ability to work in a team in a good-sized kitchen.
- Enjoyment of food and a desire to learn.
- A passion for the produce of Somerset & Dorset.
