We are now recruiting a
Corporate Security Team Leader to join the team supporting a prestigious corporate client in Towcester.
This is a professional, customer-facing role in which you will help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for employees, clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 security officers in patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing access control, and responding to incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorised activity.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activities.
- Enforce access control policies and procedures, checking the identification of individuals and vehicles entering the premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorised individuals and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct thorough investigations and report incidents in a timely manner.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of security equipment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Proven experience leading a team and as a corporate security officer (minimum 1 year of corporate security experience required).
- Full UK Driving License and access to own transport.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills for operating security systems.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
