As the business continues to grow nationally, recruitment, candidate attraction and digital engagement play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth of the group.
The Role
This is a fast-paced and varied marketing role focused on recruitment acquisition, candidate engagement and campaign delivery.
Working across multiple brands and UK regions, you will support the delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns through paid social advertising, CRM workflows, landing pages, candidate communications, recruitment events and digital campaign activity.
You will work closely with operational teams, the wider marketing department and external digital partners to improve candidate attraction, application conversion and recruitment reporting across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Design and schedule social media adverts and campaign creatives
- Write and upload engaging, brand-aligned job adverts across platforms including Indeed and the company website
- Build and manage candidate nurture journeys, including automated workflows, forms and email communications
- Manage and maintain recruitment landing pages across the company website
- Support SEO optimisation and recruitment website improvements alongside the digital marketing agency
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Area Managers to support regional recruitment activity
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, interview events and local hiring initiatives
- Support marketing campaigns for training courses and recruitment events across Training Academy
- Assist with improving recruitment user journeys and candidate experience across the website
Skills & Experience
- Experience within marketing, digital marketing or campaign management
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience using social media platforms for campaign management
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience creating landing pages and automated workflows
- Understanding of SEO and website optimisation
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Experience within recruitment, hospitality, events or operational industries
