The Bear Of Burton is a busy restaurant, pub and hotel on the edge of Christchurch, known for its hearty food with a twist, seasonal ingredients coupled with its warm atmosphere and excellent service. We take pride in great cooking, high standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support our head chef in all aspects of the kitchen. You will be fundamental in delivering quality, consistency and helping to lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations through service.
