We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our People Team at Fullers on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Working four days a week, you will play a vital role in helping us attract and hire top talent across our managed pubs, hotels, and Support Office.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role perfect for someone with hospitality recruitment experience who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and delivering great candidate and hiring manager experiences.

The Role:
  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Lead recruitment for General Manager and junior Support Office roles
  • Provide expert support to hiring managers across the business
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights
Training & Events:
  • Support recruitment training for managers to promote consistency and compliance
  • Attend and assist with our Management Training Programme Development Days and hiring events across the estate
Operational & System Support:
  • Manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Provide ATS support and guidance to hiring managers
  • Conduct targeted CV searches
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within hospitality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident working with recruitment tools and systems
  • A proactive problem-solver who brings energy and enthusiasm to every task
  • Full UK driving licence; travel to pub sites and events is a key part of this role
