We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our People Team at Fullers on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Working four days a week, you will play a vital role in helping us attract and hire top talent across our managed pubs, hotels, and Support Office.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role perfect for someone with hospitality recruitment experience who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and delivering great candidate and hiring manager experiences.
The Role:- End-to-End Recruitment
- Lead recruitment for General Manager and junior Support Office roles
- Provide expert support to hiring managers across the business
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights
- Support recruitment training for managers to promote consistency and compliance
- Attend and assist with our Management Training Programme Development Days and hiring events across the estate
- Manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Provide ATS support and guidance to hiring managers
- Conduct targeted CV searches
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within hospitality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, adaptable, and confident working with recruitment tools and systems
- A proactive problem-solver who brings energy and enthusiasm to every task
- Full UK driving licence; travel to pub sites and events is a key part of this role
