Fuller's is looking for a Graduate Property Administrator to join our Property Team in Kew Bridge, London. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to start a career in property and gain hands-on experience in a varied administrative role. You'll work as part of a small, supportive team and play an important part in the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as landlords, tenants, local authorities, and other external partners.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support across Fuller's managed, tenanted, and commercial property portfolio
  • Coordinate licence applications and renewals, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Maintain property records, reports, and internal trackers
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to help resolve day-to-day property matters
  • Source rented accommodation for employees where required
  • Raise purchase orders and work with the Finance team to process payments
  • Support property acquisitions and disposals by coordinating activity across the business
  • Act as a key contact for utility providers
  • Assist with reviewing leases and other property documents
  • Build strong working relationships with pub managers, Support Office teams, and external partners
