We're still looking to fill the General Manager vacancy at The Duke of Kent in Ealing. The Duke of Kent in Ealing has all the foundations of a standout West London pub, with a spacious garden, private event spaces, a premium food and drink offer, and a loyal local customer base. With exciting investment planned later this year that will take the Duke of Kent to the next level, there has never been a better time to join the business and shape its future.

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on General Manager who will lead from the front, be the face of the business, and bring energy, creativity, and ambition to every aspect of the operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and becoming a true part of the local community.

The successful candidate will champion exceptional hospitality, elevate the food and drink experience, drive a compelling calendar of events and local partnerships, and take ownership of the pub's reputation and growth.
