Fuller’s is offering a Chef de Partie Apprenticeship designed for those already working as a Commis Chef who want to take the next step in skill and responsibility. You’ll study one day per week at a college partner and gain hands‑on experience in our lively kitchens across the South of England.
When not at college you’ll work four days a week in one of our pubs or hotels, guided by a Head Chef, with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and quality cooking.
