Located in-between Southwark station and Blackfriars Bridge, The Mad Hatter Hotel attracts a mixed crowd of business and tourist travellers. There are 30 bedrooms, plus a busy downstairs pub serving fresh food and real ales.
Note from the GM: I am looking for someone who is ready to own the service and help elevate the guest experience here to the next level. I do not require any hotel experience for the role. Anyone with Assistant Manager experience from any style of hospitality venue is welcome to apply. Experience using Collins preferred, but not essential if you are accustomed to different booking platforms.
