Whilst predominantly a wet-led business, The Hercules also delivers significant food volumes through an all-day dining offer, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner across multiple trading floors, complemented by extensive external dining.
This role requires an experienced General Manager who is equally comfortable driving a vibrant drinks business whilst leading a high-volume, full table-service food operation.
The successful candidate will understand how to maximise performance across a variety of trading spaces, adapting the offer throughout the day while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
We're looking for someone with experience of trading in locations that attract a strong tourist market and who has a genuine passion for proactively driving sales.
Building relationships with local businesses, nearby hotels and the wider community will be key to identifying new opportunities, growing existing revenue streams and continuing to diversify the business.
The successful General Manager will be a visible and inspiring leader, capable of motivating, coaching and developing a team of more than 35 people while maintaining the high operational standards expected of one of Fuller’s flagship pubs.
