Head Chef - Rockford The Alice Lisle is a listed pub set in the New Forest countryside.
Something of a dining destination, the pub has a great reputation for food, attracting a diverse mix of customers including families, walkers and local foodies.
We have big plans for The Alice Lisle, and we are looking for a sharp, sales-driven Head Chef to help us execute them.
We love where we are in Ringwood, and our goal is simple: to make our pub the definitive place to be in the New Forest for any occasion, deeply rooted in the local community.
We've just launched Betty , our brand-new pizza truck out in the garden, and we want to seriously expand our events and outdoor offering.
You will be stepping in to take full control of the food operation, working alongside Dan, Luke, and Ollie to drive sales and push the business forward.
