The Ship Inn has built its trade on reputation and offering compelling reasons to visit, attracting a wide range of guests throughout the week. It is also supported by one of the biggest calendar events for Fullers.
The successful candidate will need to balance a focus on high-volume, fresh food with consistent quality. They will have strong organisational, leadership and communication skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with the senior team to plan menus for a range of different events and bookings. These include:
- Weddings - The Ship Inn Langstone has a full wedding license
- Fireworks / Raft race - Large free public events
- Private dining - Tasting evenings / Themed nights
- Associated food for sporting events - Premium Sports TNT / World Cup large screen fan zone
- Wakes
Refreshing the menu and specials throughout the year, with a coastal theme.
