Experience

• Previous bartending experience
• High-volume environment
• Mixology knowledge
• Food and beverage knowledge

Skills and qualifications

• Customer service: The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and handle complaints gracefully.
• Multitasking and organization: The ability to manage multiple orders at once while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Point-of-sale (POS) systems: Familiarity with modern POS technology and accurate cash and credit card handling.
• Be sociable, friendly and let your individuality shine through.
• An excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Great communication skills
• Passion for fresh food, great wines, and engaging service.
