Based at our Support Centre in Chiswick (W4 3NN), join Fuller’s and help shape the future of our pubs and hotels. We’re proud creators of premium pub and hotel experiences, built on great food, outstanding beers and a welcoming family culture where everyone belongs.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support the Food Buyer across Food and Non-Food categories, helping to source great products and keep our supply chain running smoothly across our multi-site operation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting new menu development by sourcing samples, confirming specs and keeping pricing accurate.
- Researching new suppliers and products that meet our quality, cost and sustainability goals.
- Managing supplier onboarding, contracts, records and rebates.
- Maintaining accurate data in Fourth systems, including product set ups and price changes.
- Monitoring and resolving supplier feedback and weekly price discrepancies.
- Preparing weekly issue trackers and monthly summary reports.
- Supporting stock management, including out of stock communications and "stock at risk" actions.
- Helping with seasonal delivery planning and ad hoc procurement tasks (e.g. glassware requests).
About you:
You’re highly organised, detail focused and confident working with data and deadlines. You build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, communicate clearly and enjoy improving processes. You’re proactive, curious and ready to develop within a fast-paced procurement team. This role is based in our Pier House office at least three days a week.
