Role Overview: This is a Sustainability Manager role for someone who knows how to influence people, shift behaviours and drive meaningful change in a complex, operational business. You’ll lead the delivery of an ambitious sustainability agenda across a multisite estate, turning strategy into practical action. Working across teams, sites and senior stakeholders, you’ll need the credibility and confidence to bring people with you, challenge ways of working and build real momentum. We’re looking for someone who combines technical sustainability expertise with strong change management skills, commercial judgement and a genuinely engaging style. You’ll be a natural relationship-builder, comfortable working across different functions, able to prioritise effectively and motivated by delivering outcomes. This role could suit someone stepping up from the sustainability team in a larger organisation into a leadership position with more ownership, visibility and impact, or a Sustainability Lead in a smaller business looking for somewhere to spread their wings more broadly.
We’d Love To Meet People With:
- Experience influencing behaviour and driving change
- Strong sustainability or ESG delivery experience
- Multisite operational experience
- Commercial judgement and a practical mindset
- A collaborative, engaging and inspiring approach
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary
- 28 days’ holiday
- Access to a wide range of retail discounts and additional employee benefits
- An allowance of £520 per annum in the form of vouchers for use in Fuller’s pubs (after qualifying service)
- Indulgence staff discount card 25-40% discount (starts at 25%, increases with length of service) on your whole bill at Fuller's pubs and hotels
- Access to 'My Fuller's' that offers lifestyle discounts on known brands and gym memberships
- Discounted hotel rates for yourself, from £75 per night
- Private medical insurance
- Up to 7% matched pension contributions on your pensionable earnings
Working Pattern: Working pattern for this role can be hybrid with Mondays in our Kew Bridge Support Centre, 2 other days out across the estate or in the office – as the business needs. Flexibility will be required.
