We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning &Development Trainer to join our Talent & Development team at Fuller’s.

Thisfield-based role plays a key part in supporting our pubs and hotels bydelivering engaging learning experiences that develop capability, strengthenperformance and bring our service culture to life.

Working closely withoperational leaders, you will support investment and refurbishment projects, deliver impactful training programmes, coach managers and teams, and help colleaguesdevelop the skills, confidence and behaviours needed to create exceptionalcustomer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporttraining and capability building during pub and hotel investment, refurbishment and reopening projects.
  • Deliverengaging face-to-face workshops, team training sessions and developmentprogrammes across the Fuller’s estate.
  • Coachmanagers and team members to improve performance, capability, engagementand customer experience.
  • Facilitatecore Learning & Development programmes and support the delivery of keybusiness initiatives.
  • Driveengagement with our digital learning platform, Attensi, encouragingcolleagues to make the most of their learning opportunities.
  • Workclosely with operational leaders to identify learning needs and deliverpractical development solutions.
  • Actas an ambassador for our "Be the Difference" service culture, embedding our values and standards across the business.
  • Buildstrong relationships with colleagues at all levels to support continuouslearning and development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previousexperience delivering training, workshops or development programmes withinan operational environment.
  • Experiencecoaching managers and teams to improve capability, performance andengagement.
  • Agenuine passion for developing people, with the ability to engage, inspire, build confidence and create excitement for learning.
  • Strongoperational credibility, ideally gained within hospitality, retail, leisure or another multi-site customer-facing business.
  • Experiencesupporting new openings, refurbishment projects or operational changeprogrammes would be advantageous.
  • Experiencedelivering leadership, service or behavioural skills training would bebeneficial.
  • Experienceusing learning technology and digital learning platforms, such as Attensi, would be advantageous.
  • Excellentcommunication, facilitation and relationship-building skills, with theability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highlevels of energy, enthusiasm and personal impact, with excellentorganisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Afull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, asregular travel across the Fuller’s estate is a key requirement of therole.
