Role Purpose

Provide a high level of administrative support to the Fullers Foods Technical and ESG teams to ensure compliance with all aspects of technical, food safety and quality requirements of our retail customers and supplier partners. This includes supporting with the management of customer complaints and effectively managing responses back to customers in a timely manner and the production, management and maintenance of the company databases and information reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Technical and ESG teams to ensure effective coordination, data accuracy, and compliance with food safety, quality, and sustainability systems and standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for customer, consumer, and EHO complaints, including logging, tracking, communication with supplier partners, and ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Monitor and analyse complaint data to identify trends, producing regular reports and summaries for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update key databases, including product sales data, CPMU trackers, BRC certification records, and online customer reviews.
  • Support customer communication through the preparation of complaint response letters, presentations, KPI reports, and supporting documentation for audits or meetings.
  • Oversee the coordination of foreign body returns and liaise with external laboratories for analysis where required, ensuring all processes are documented and tracked.
  • Administer customer surveillance testing programmes, ensuring timely communication of out-of-specification results and accurate processing of related invoices.
  • Manage export certification processes in collaboration with suppliers and retail partners, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and communication of social compliance data, packaging uploads, and other ESG-related administrative tasks to support sustainability initiatives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
  • Provide flexible, proactive support to the wider Technical and ESG teams on ad-hoc duties in line with evolving business needs.
