This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work in a dynamic and client-focused environment. You will be involved in:
- Handling a caseload of divorce and domestic violence matters
- Carrying out delegated work for senior lawyers, across a wide variety of family law matters
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and supporting solicitors in case preparation
- Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy
- Attending court hearings and meetings where applicable
Who Are We Looking For:
- A Senior Paralegal: who has completed the SQE1, and has a minimum of 1 year’s experience in family law
- A Trainee Solicitor: who has completed the LPC and has a minimum of 1 year’s experience in family law
- Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently and work well under pressure
- A pro-active and client-focused approach
