- Lead, mentor, and supervise a high-performing family law team
- Work collaboratively with your team to plan strategies and resolve cases
- Set clear team objectives and monitor performance with care and accountability
- Help team members grow through coaching, support, and continuous feedback
- Ensure excellent client service demonstrating knowledge, experience and creativity
- Promote innovation, efficiency, and high standards across the team
- Develop rapport and trust with new and existing clients
We’re looking for a strong leader who brings:
- Proven experience managing or supervising legal teams
- Over 10 years of litigation experience, ideally in matrimonial finance and/or private children’s law
- A strategic mindset and commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to lead performance and coaching conversations
- Resilience, collaboration and a proactive approach
