We are seeking a versatile and reliable team member to perform all aspects of picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This role is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, proper packaging, processing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling, packaging, documentation, and staging.
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and record materials in the system.
- Organize and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Update ERP/warehouse systems for all shipping and receiving transactions.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory control activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in picking/packing or shipping/receiving preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely (per company requirements).
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
