We are seeking a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Assembly Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical or industrial assembly, strong knowledge of tools and tooling practices, and the ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, etc.) to verify part dimensions.
- Read and understand production prints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled parts meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.
- Identify and report issues in materials, processes, or assemblies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
