The Manufacturing Engineer is a critical role in our Manufacturing Facility, and will belong to a culture of personnel and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.
The role focuses on designing, developing and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient and economical production of goods. Assisting in MBOM creation and changes, outside vendor assistance, Quality Control, Production and Assembly.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) duties
- Develop and standardize detailed work instructions to aid Manufacturing
- Create 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to aid Manufacturing
- Provides input into design of the sequence of production operations
- Proactively finds better ways of doing things. High desire to learn new things
- Highly interested in sharing knowledge
- Highly efficient in internal relationship building
- Drives continuous improvement and provides directions for achieving the targets
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
- May require lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and/or climbing. May require sitting or standing for long periods of time. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

- Prior Manufacturing Experience
