We are seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead kitchen operations in their absence. The role focuses on preparing fresh food from seasonal, local ingredients, bringing new ideas to the menu, and developing the kitchen team in a hygienic, safety-conscious environment.

- Act as deputy to the Head Chef and take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
- Prepare fresh food using seasonal, local ingredients.
