What is the role of a Sales & Events Manager:
- Effectively execute pre-booked strategy.
- Deliver pre-booked revenue and covers targets.
- Drive additional business via outbound activity.
- Manage Collins, Atreemo & Tonic systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance report as required.
- Execute social media platforms and online presence plan (including website & listings).
- Investigate the market and identify key event opportunities to drive more business.
- Boost conversion rate through quick and clear customer communication.
- Create and support delivery of bespoke events across the year.
- Recruit, train and develop sales & events coordinator (where applicable).
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and via email/phone.
- Communicate effectively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of bookings.
