At Bel & The Dragon Odiham, we are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our leadership team and support the General Manager in driving the business forward. You’ll play a key role in leading day‑to‑day operations, future planning, supporting and developing the team, and maintaining high standards across every area of the business. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
