We’re looking for a Website Content Manager to take ownership of our digital estate across 180+ pub websites, hotel microsites and fullers.co.uk. This is a hands‑on role within our digital team, focused on ensuring our websites are accurate, engaging, on‑brand and commercially effective. You’ll work closely with marketing, CRM, design, internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver content updates, support campaigns, improve user journeys and maintain high standards across the Fuller’s portfolio—helping drive table bookings, event enquiries, room reservations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update 180+ pub websites, hotel microsites and brand websites
- Deliver BAU and campaign updates across menus, events, promotions and photography
- Create and publish landing pages and campaign modules to support marketing activity
- Ensure all content is accurate, customer-focused, well presented and aligned to brand guidelines
- Use insight and data to identify opportunities to improve user journeys, engagement and results
- Support SEO best practice and content optimisation to improve performance
- Work with internal teams and agency partners on digital improvements, QA, UAT and launch activity
- Respond to and coordinate local website requests across the estate
Essential Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a website content or website management role
- Strong marketing mindset and understanding of how websites support campaigns and customer journeys
- Experience working in a commercially focused business
- Analytical, results-driven approach and confidence using data to improve performance
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across a business
- Background in customer-facing environments or businesses
- Confidence managing high volumes of website content with strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
- Multi-brand or multi-site experience
- Hospitality, leisure or customer-facing retail background
- Experience optimising websites for marketing campaigns
- SEO knowledge
- Exposure to digital accommodation or hotel booking journeys
- Experience using Power BI, GA4 and SEO tools
Working pattern
This role is primarily office-based. Most working days will be spent in the Kew Bridge office or visiting one of our sites, so it will suit someone who enjoys in-person collaboration and being close to the operation (and is not looking for a mainly remote role).
