Up to £45,000 plus bonus. This role will require travel around your region and to the Support Centre. Looking after predominantly our London Pubs and Hotels (with a few random locations thrown in, happy to discuss in more detail). This role will require experience of Business Development, Systems and Accommodation.

At the heart of this role is a commitment to cultivating a commercially driven, forward-thinking sales culture. You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver the pre-booked sales strategy across tables, events, and bedrooms, while also identifying and converting new commercial opportunities that strengthen market position and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic pre-booked sales plan across division.
- Lead, support, and coordinate a team of Area Sales Managers.
- Convert new commercial opportunities to deliver pro-active growth.
- Manage central project infrastructure to optimise systems and processes.
- Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development.
- Track, analyse and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver company vision and key initiatives.
- Previous experience in multi-site sales leadership role.
- Proven record of managing key accounts, agencies, and 3rd party relationships.
- An initiative-taking, strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus.
- Confident CRM user with experience managing and optimising customer journey.
