The Mayfly is a riverside pub situated on the banks of the River Test near Stockbridge, offering exceptional views of the surrounding countryside. This award‑winning pub is famous for fantastic food and service, loved by locals for its warm welcome and amazing location.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running a high-volume seasonal business with exceptional customer experience.
  • Leading a large team and maintaining exemplary standards for every customer.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of premium food and service during peak summer months.
  • Managing the pub’s large restaurant area, private dining room, conservatory, and river‑side garden.
  • Overseeing daily operations, staffing, and financial performance.
