The Hydrant is a craft flagship with multi revenue streams, a craft beer & cocktails focus and is a popular choice for events due to its excellent meeting room and large upper floor, allowing plenty of space for a party.

It is a busy 7-day operation with a large team that is enjoyed by city workers and tourists alike. It needs a manager who is committed, ambitious and driven. You’ll have a fresh vision and want to continue innovating, constantly looking for next big idea to grow the business. You should always be thinking ’what’s next?’

Experience managing a high-volume business is important and a passion for craft beer is preferred but not essential.
