Overview Salary £37,000 to £42,000 plus BonusThis role will cover a patch of up to 14 pubs in London (and Reading). Experience in corporate customers and weddings is essential. This role will require travel around your area and to the Support Centre in Chiswick. Fuller\’s are creators of unique premium pub and hotel experiences. Our pubs pride themselves on our outstanding cask conditioned ales, delicious food, great wines and exemplary service. We are acutely aware of the role that traditional pubs play in British culture and their local communities, and work hard to ensure our pubs provide great surroundings and food and drink for all who walk through our doors. Opportunity We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for an Area Sales Manager , focused on driving pro-active pre-booked growth across our businesses. This is an exceptional role for a passionate, results-driven sales professional looking to shape and execute impactful sales strategies across multiple premium sites. You\’ll play a key role in driving growth across all pre-book areas – including events, private dining, and large group bookings – while expanding our client base and supporting long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locationsDrive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hireIdentify new business opportunities and support pipeline developmentBuild and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral businessDeliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and eventsCollaboration with relevant stakeholdersProvide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles
